Warm Up

During the camp Micaiah introduced a Tour Standard warm up routine for use before training sessions and competition play. This video is the detailed session where he demonstrates the exercises that make up the routine. We suggest that you use this video to follow through the warm-up to make sure you have the exercises, timing and focus right. You might like to work through this with a training partner and then coach them in the exercises to make sure that you fully understand the protocols involved.
